Hey, I’m Juan 👋

I began my design career during the height of the tech boom, working in graphic and visual design in San Francisco.

Being immersed in SF tech culture sparked my interest in how people interact with digital products and what drives their decisions, leading me to transition into UX design.

I trained in UX/UI design through CareerFoundry and further expanded my perspective through Creative Leadership and Design Thinking programs at the Royal College of Art in London.

My work connects research and insights to complex systems and design solutions that are clear, empathetic, and easy to use.

I focus on aligning and balancing user needs with business goals to create experiences that are both effective and impactful.

I’ve collaborated with brands including Banana Republic, Old Navy, Gap, Rodan & Fields, American Eagle Outfitters, and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.

Currently, I’m focused on growing as a UX designer in the age of AI, and exploring how AI can enhance user experiences in future facing products.
